Geiger + Schüle has relied on Liebherr machines since the company was founded, and for good reason. With over 100 Liebherr machines in its fleet, the family-run company from Ulm is ideally equipped for demanding projects in road, canal and railway construction. Current construction sites in Erbach-Ringingen and Oberstdorf show how safety, robustness and machine availability make the difference.
Another success factor is the long-standing partnership with sales and service partner Nagel, which ensures close and efficient co-operation with Liebherr.
Family-run company Geiger + Schüle
Geiger + Schüle is a family-run company based in Ulm. The roots go back to 1904, and Geiger + Schüle have been operating together since 1990. Today, the company is managed by the third generation and employs around 350 employees.
The company's core competences lie in civil engineering, road and path construction and the repair workshop for railway lines. Beyond figures and technical expertise, Geiger + Schüle stands for a living family business culture characterised by long-term thinking and the constant pursuit of innovation, without losing sight of its own roots.

Precision and power on the construction site in Erbach-Ringingen
When constructing a roundabout, Geiger + Schüle relied on three powerful Liebherr machines to meet the highest demands in terms of precision, productivity and versatility: the wheeled excavator A 918 Compact , the A 920 and the wheel loader L 507 Stereo.
The A 918 Compact scores points with its compact design and enormous flexibility, making it ideal for working in confined spaces without compromising on performance. Its small slewing radius and high stability enable precise manoeuvres around the roundabout, while the powerful hydraulic system supports the use of a wide range of attachments.
The A 920 comes into play for the heavy-duty tasks. With an operating mass of around 20 tonnes and 129 kW of power, it ensures that large quantities of material can be loaded and moved quickly. Its strength and short working cycles guarantee maximum productivity and adherence to tight schedules.
The wheel loader L 507 Stereo completes the team with exceptional manoeuvrability. Thanks to stereo steering, the turning circle is significantly reduced, a clear advantage on confined construction sites. Whether grading work or material transport: The L 507 Stereo offers maximum flexibility and efficiency.
Efficiency on the railway: Liebherr railroad excavator in Oberstdorf
The railway construction site in Oberstdorf poses special challenges. Safety and precision have top priority here. Geiger + Schüle relies on Liebherr railroad excavators, which have been specially developed for these complex conditions.
These machines are true all-rounders and can be operated both on the road and on rails. This enables them to work directly on the track without time-consuming retooling. Whether laying new rails, carrying out maintenance work or welding. The railroad excavators perform central tasks with maximum efficiency.
