On the occasion of the company's 75th anniversary: Jandt takes delivery of Liebherr LTM 1060-3.1 mobile crane

Jandt Kranvermietung GmbH is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year and has acquired an LTM 1060-3.1 mobile crane from Liebherr to mark the occasion. The Bielefeld-based company is replacing one of the three LTM 1060-3.1 cranes in its fleet with the new 60-tonne crane. Reliability and performance were the deciding factors in investing in this proven crane type again.

Game of Cranes: Liebherr crowns the world’s best mobile crane operator

At the end of November, the international final of the Game of Cranes took place at the Liebherr plant in Ehingen. The five best mobile crane operators from North America, South America, Europe, Australia as well as the region Africa / Middle East / Asia competed against each other in demanding disciplines – and fought for the Game of Cranes throne.

Power on five axles: Auto-Klug is investing again in Liebherr LTM 1250-5.1

Alfred Klug GmbH & Co. KG, based in the Upper Franconian city of Hof, is focusing on modernisation and investing in another LTM 1250-5.1 mobile crane. The 250-tonne crane is replacing an older 220-tonne vehicle from another manufacturer in the crane fleet and will be used at all sites of the company in Bavaria, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia. The decision in favour of the LTM 1250-5.1 was made due to its exceptional efficiency and high flexibility.

Next milestone in Ehingen: the 50,000th Liebherr mobile crane goes to BKL

Liebherr-Werk Ehingen GmbH is celebrating an extraordinary milestone: the delivery of its 50,000th mobile crane. At the beginning of November, an LTM 1300-6.4 was officially handed over to BKL Baukran Logistik GmbH – a symbol of the dynamic development of the site. Since the plant was founded in 1969, Liebherr has continuously increased its production output: in 2006, the 20,000th crane left the plant, followed by the 30,000th just eight years later.

Fleet always up to date: MAXIKraft orders 1,000 Liebherr cranes in 33 years

What began 33 years ago as a one-man business is now a group of companies with 500 employees at 26 locations. During this time, the MAXIKraft Group has purchased 1,000 cranes with lifting capacities ranging from 30 to 1,000 tonnes from Liebherr. For more than three decades, MAXIKraft has continuously invested in new mobile and crawler cranes to keep the group's fleet at the cutting edge of technology.

Ordered at Bauma and delivered for the Oktoberfest: Hölzl takes over Liebherr mobile crane LTM 1150-5.3

Hölzl Kran GmbH from Bad Tölz has expanded its fleet with a Liebherr LTM 1150-5.3 mobile crane. The 66 metre telescopic boom and high lifting capacities with basic ballast were important criteria for the Upper Bavarian company when deciding on the Liebherr 150 tonne crane. The order was placed at Bauma 2025 in Munich, with delivery on time for Oktoberfest, the world's largest folk festival.

Allied Crane Hire takes delivery of first Liebherr LTM 1650-8.1 crane in Africa

Wiesbauer lifts 100-tonne steel plates onto the new Neckar valley bridge with LR 1700-1.0 and LTM 1650-8.1

High above the Neckar valley, an impressive project is currently under construction: as part of the new Horb bypass, the Karlsruhe Regional Council is building a 667 metre long and around 65 metre high bridge, which will carry the B32 federal road over the Neckar in future. Two Liebherr cranes from Wiesbauer GmbH & Co. KG - an LR 1700-1.0 crawler crane and an LTM 1650-8.1 mobile crane - were used to install solid steel plates on the underside of the two carriageway spans.

First MK 120-5.1E installs emergency roofs in Bern

Swiss company Zaugg AG Rohrbach put the first MK 120-5.1E delivered by Liebherr into operation this summer. The brand new mobile construction crane made its debut in the narrow streets of Bern's old town. At a height of around 20 metres and with a reach of up to 45 metres, the crane positioned temporary roofs over two construction sites – entirely powered by electricity.

The Brazilian crane and heavy haulage contractor Cunzolo Máquinas e Equipamentos Ltda. has expanded its fleet with a new LTM 1230-5.1 mobile crane from Liebherr. The 5-axle crane will in future be used primarily for the assembly of tower cranes as well as industrial maintenance work and is intended to further strengthen the company's presence in the industrial and construction sectors.

LTM 1650-8.1 adds another floor to paediatric clinic

Wiesbauer GmbH & Co. KG, a large crane and heavy haulage company based in southern Germany, added a new Liebherr LTM 1650-8.1 mobile crane to its fleet last summer. The crane was delivered with both versions of the telescopic equipment with lengths of 50 and 80 metres. The first deployment with the long T5 boom took place recently. The crane lifted large construction modules for a future school onto the flat roof of a clinic building.
