Powerful attachments from Liebherr at IFAT 2026

At IFAT 2026, the world's leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management. Liebherr will exhibit on a 406 m² stand in Hall C5, Stand 151, presenting material handling solutions tailored to waste management and recycling applications. The display includes powerful material handlers, a selection of sorting and multi tine grapples, and attachments designed to enhance operational efficiency.

Powerful and sustainable: Liebherr wheel loaders at IFAT 2026

At this year’s IFAT, the world’s leading trade fair for water, wastewater, waste and raw materials management in Munich (Germany), Liebherr is presenting a battery-electric stereoloader and a mid-sized wheel loader. As the group’s first electrified wheel loader, the L 507 E combines the proven advantages of a conventional stereoloader with a battery-electric drive concept developed by Liebherr. With the L 546, Liebherr is showcasing a representative of the mid-sized wheel loader range.

100,000^th wheel loader marks a milestone: Liebherr celebrates with STORK at its Bischofshofen plant

100,000 – a figure that hints at great things and is a source of great joy at the Liebherr plant in Bischofshofen. For with its 100,000^th wheel loader, Liebherr is marking an impressive milestone in its company history. The anniversary machine is going to STORK Umweltdienste GmbH, a long-standing companion and reliable development partner of Liebherr.

A milestone year for ESG at Liebherr China

2025 was a big year for Liebherr China and its ESG (environmental, social and governance) efforts. The sales and service company was recognised not just once but twice for its sustainable business practices. Plus, employees throughout Liebherr China came together for an ESG Open Day in November to celebrate and further strengthen the company’s dedication to incorporating ESG principles into day-to-day operations.

At IFAT 2026, the world’s leading exhibition for water, wastewater, waste and raw materials management, which takes place in Munich from 4 to 7 May 2026, Liebherr will be represented with a stand covering approximately 406 m². In Hall C5, booth 151, Liebherr will be exhibiting machines specifically designed for use in waste management and recycling.

Liebherr sees stable growth in the 2025 business year

The Liebherr Group ended 2025 with a revenue of €14,772 million. Compared with the previous year, the company recorded a revenue growth of €150 million or 1.0 %. The Group continued investing at the high level of the previous two years with investments totalling €1,059 million.

Klaas Bijlsma BV takes delivery of its 100^th earthmoving machine from Liebherr-France SAS

The relationship between Liebherr and Klaas Bijlsma BV dates back to 1972, when the Dutch company purchased an R 941 crawler excavator to drive its early growth. A further milestone was reached in 1992, with the delivery of the 50^th machine, marking a significant point in the collaboration. Since then, the partnership has continued to develop, underpinned by reliable machines and the technical expertise and responsive customer support provided by local sales partner Wynmalen & Hausmann NV.

Liebherr R 938 crawler excavator specially produced for Ghent Dredging

At 6 a.m., the Liebherr R 938 crawler excavator starts work at Béthune river port. The excavator, developed and produced by Liebherr in Colmar (France), is deployed on its own GD I pontoon for dredging work on the inland canal in this northern French town. The 45-ton crawler excavator was specially adapted for this application.

10 years of XPower: Wheel loaders with maximum productivity and minimum fuel consumption

The XPower wheel loaders from Liebherr made their trade fair debut at Bauma 2016. The power split travel drive, fitted as standard and combining the advantages of two drive types, was a distinctive unique selling point right from the start.
