Dr. h.c. Willi Liebherr meets Federal Minister Dobrindt at InnoTrans 2016

On 20 September 2016 Dr. h.c. Willi Liebherr welcomed the Federal Minister of Transport and Digital Infrastructure at the Liebherr stand. Following the grand opening of the international trade fair for traffic engineering, which takes place this year under the motto "Mobility 4.0", Alexander Dobrindt also stopped by the Liebherr stand. Willi Liebherr took the opportunity to show him the A 922 Rail Litronic wheeled excavator. This can be used as a two-way machine either on the road or on railway tracks. In addition to the two-way excavator from Liebherr-Hydraulikbagger GmbH, Kirchdorf/Iller (Germany), various products from Liebherr-Transportation Systems GmbH & Co KG, Korneuburg (Austria) are also on show, including the latest development in the area of air-conditioning systems: MACS 8.0. The modular roof unit is very energy-efficient and long-lasting.

InnoTrans 2016 is the largest InnoTrans ever. Over 2900 exhibitors from 60 countries are showcasing their product and service portfolio at the trade fair grounds in Berlin. 140 global premières are being celebrated this year at the trade fair, thus showing the high innovative strength of the industry. The Liebherr team is looking forward to meeting many more interested visitors this week.
