Information for independent workshops according to EU Regulation 167/2013 (RMI)
EU Regulation 167/2013 sets out the manufacturers' obligation to provide information regarding the servicing of work machines (RMI). Liebherr provides independent workshops and other companies with online documents on repair and maintenance (Repair and Maintenance Information, RMI for short). Liebherr's RMI documents can be easily accessed via the MyLiebherr customer portal.
After registering with MyLiebherr, you have the option of purchasing paid licences to access the online spare parts catalogue and online service documentation. You will also find contact details for technical training and support in MyLiebherr.
