Networking day

• Creating networks between the trainees is an important goal of the trainee programme. This is why the network day was created
• All trainees worldwide meet together and get to know each other for one or two days

Final event

• The Final event at the end of the programme also offers an opportunity to consolidate contacts, learn from each other and celebrate the completion of the trainee programme together

• During the entire programme, both basic training courses (e.g. Intercultural Management and Project Management) and specialist courses are offered
• In addition, you are supported during the entire programme by a mentor who acts as your contact person and to whom you can turn at any time

• You will spend at least three months at one of our many global Liebherr sites
• There, you will not only get to know another company, but also learn about other cultures and countries and, in addition, further expand your language skills
• This will help to expand your international network and promote your further personal development

• You will run through an agreed trainee plan in various areas of activity
• At least one period abroad is mandatory
• A further period of time spent in another Liebherr company is also part of the programme
• You will become familiar with many different areas within the company and within the Liebherr group of companies
