The LRB 19 is designed for all common applications in specialised civil engineering, such as piling and vibrating applications as well as drilling with Kelly equipment, double drill head, full displacement tool or soil mixing. The attachments can be easily changed using the hydraulic quick-change system without the driver having to leave the cab. All hydraulic, mechanical and electrical connections are automatically coupled. Improved hose routing optimises the work process. Cruise Control
Cruise Control is available for automatic piling and drilling processes and allows for values such as pull-down speed and rotational speed to be programmed in advance.
Working area restriction
Rotation range, working radius and machine height are continuously monitored. If the machine moves into the pre-defined restricted area, it stops automatically and thus prevents possible collisions.
Attachment recognition
The automatic attachment recognition also records performance figures of the respective attachment.
Optimised hose guide
The hose sledge eliminates disturbing hoses during operation, which especially simplifies the installation of sheet piles.
Obstacle recognition
An improvement for slurry wall application is the obstacle recognition, which enables the timely detection of obstacles in the soil. This protects both the attachment and the basic machine.
Leader inclination memory
At the touch of a button, the leader can be set to the desired inclination at the piling or drilling point for each new working step.

Ground Pressure Visualization
The Ground Pressure Visualization calculates the current ground pressure of the machine in real time and compares it with the specified safety limits of the relevant jobsite.
Remote control
The complete loading and set-up processes can be carried out via remote control, which means only one person is required.
Eco silent mode
With the eco silent mode the engine speed can be reduced to a predefined, required level. With this feature a notable reduction in diesel consumption can be achieved without any impact on operational output. Noise emissions are thus also lowered.
Double rotary drilling
Double rotary drilling combines continuous flight auger drilling with a continuous casing.
Vibrating
Vibrating allows for installing and extracting elements using harmonious vibration.
Wet soil mixing
For wet mixing a self-hardening suspension is introduced into the ground.
Kelly drilling
Kelly drilling belongs to the most common dry rotary drilling methods. Soil and rock material is conveyed to the surface discontinuously with relatively short rotary drilling tools.
Full displacement drilling
Full displacement drilling is a modification of continuous flight auger drilling. The drilling tool used is a smooth pipe with an auger-type starter piece.
Down-the-hole drilling
For down-the-hole drilling a hammer is mounted on the lower end of a drill rod. The hammer is activated by adding compressed air.
