Sand kings: XPower wheel loaders and their smart machine concept are ideal for handling sand and gravel

For more than 20 years, Hülskens GmbH & Co. KG has been using powerful Liebherr machines for extracting and processing mineral raw materials. Mobile crane lifts construction crane over treetops

Following the completion of the shell of the Berg brewery's beer garden building in the Berg district of Ehingen, the construction crane from Neubrand Baugeschäft + Holzbau GmbH in Volkersheim had to be dismantled and lifted from the construction site over trees for onward transportation. ESB Kranverleih Transport und Hebetechnik GmbH from Mittelbiberach took on the tricky crane job under tight operating conditions with a Liebherr LTM 1130-5.1 mobile crane.

FPSO with two new Liebherr offshore cranes

The two new Liebherr BOS 2600 cranes have been acquired by an integrated energy company located in Canada. The Board Offshore Cranes are destined for an FPSO unit operating off the coast of Newfoundland. The BOS crane series is one of the latest series of Liebherr offshore cranes. Known for its reliability and versatile deployment possibilities, it is the perfect choice for the FPSO unit in harsh environments.

Strong, long and easy: Liebherr presents the LTM 1400-6.1, the world's most powerful 6-axle crane

The Liebherr factory in Ehingen has updated its product range and launched the world's most powerful 6-axle crane: the new LTM 1400-6.1 has a 70-metre telescopic boom and is characterised by clever and simple set-up processes. The new crane is the successor to the proven and successful LTM 1350-6.1. Like its predecessor, the LTM 1400-6.1 is now the smallest crane with Y-guying, making it the perfect introduction to this boom technology with its enormous increase in lifting capacity. The new all-rounder is extremely flexible and economical thanks to a wide range of accessories, a highly functional modular boom kit and the familiar Liebherr technologies. It also features driver assistance systems that increase the safety of everyone on the road.

Liebherr luffing jib cranes are working on the final phase of the Sagrada Família construction project

Contributing to a project as iconic as the Basilica of the Sagrada Família, which has been under construction for over 140 years, is a rare experience. The Liebherr 710 HC-L and 125 HC-L luffing jib cranes have been selected to bring this project to completion, with the primary task being the completion of the Tower of Jesus Christ, the temple’s main tower set to reach 172 metres in height.

The company has several Liebherr machines, which are used as service machines in loading and unloading areas, for material transport, for the removal of excavated material and for maintenance work. Additive manufacturing: Liebherr reaches major milestone

Liebherr-Aerospace has made the next major step regarding additive manufacturing of parts with increased complexity for aerospace application. The first-tier supplier has successfully integrated a 3D-printed flex shaft in the Airbus A350 high lift system. The unit has been approved by Airbus as well as by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency EASA for serial production.

Four Liebherr cranes from Emil Egger build trimodal transshipment terminal in Basel

Rhenus Port Logistics is investing in a new transshipment terminal in the Rhine port of Basel-Kleinhünigen (Switzerland). Emil Egger AG was tasked with the logistics for the prefabricated concrete elements. Four Liebherr cranes were deployed in Basel to maximise efficiency during all construction phases.

Liebherr to provide next generation of flight control computers for Airbus

Liebherr-Aerospace was selected by Airbus to deliver flight control computers for its family of commercial aircraft. Those equipment are time critical platforms that host flight control applications developed and integrated by Airbus. They are part of the continuous evolution of the Airbus flight control system. Liebherr holds long-term experience in complex electronics, hardware and software solutions for flight control systems and landing gears. This culminates in developing a dedicated innovative solution, which satisfies Airbus requirements.

Berres takes delivery of Liebherr LTM 1160-5.2 mobile crane

Berres Kranverleih GmbH from Kleinheubach has taken delivery of a Liebherr LTM 1160-5.2 mobile crane. The company from Lower Franconia is replacing a 110-tonne mobile crane with the new 180-tonne crane. It will mainly be used for the assembly of precast concrete elements.

Liebherr-MCCtec GmbH has received the gold medal from the renowned sustainability rating agency EcoVadis for the third time in a row. This award recognises the company's continuous commitment to corporate responsibility.
