Liebherr delivers the 1,000th Airbus A220 landing gear brace to Airbus Canada

Dedication and hard work made it possible: An assembly team consisting of employees of Liebherr-Canada Ltd. in Laval and of the Original Equipment Manufacturer Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH in Lindenberg (Germany) proudly announced recently the delivery of the 1,000th landing gear brace to the Airbus A220 final assembly lines in Mirabel (Canada) and Mobile, Alabama (USA).

“This major milestone underlines our commitment to our customers and our aim to continuously optimize our performance. The assembly process involving intricate parts requires coordination as well as close interdisciplinary cooperation. We have set here a new benchmark in reduced assembly time, which is testament of our efficiency”, says Stéphane Rioux, Divisional Director at Liebherr-Canada Ltd.
