From 12 to 15 November 2014, Liebherr Domestic Appliances will be presenting a broad spectrum of sophisticated refrigerators for use in the laboratory and medicinal sector at the Medica 2014 in Düsseldorf. On Stand No. 1,356 in Hall 23, the company will be exhibiting its MediLine cabinets on an area of 54 m². These devices guarantee maximum hygiene and their menu-guided Profi electronic controllers allow them to be networked with a central documentation and alarm system.
Refrigerators and freezers for the laboratory and medicinal sector are subject to very high demands regarding reliability and safety. Precise workmanship, high-quality materials and efficient components enable Liebherr to guarantee the quality of its equipment over the entire product life cycle.

Three Liebherr flat-top cranes support the transformation of Milan's Bovisa gasometers
Two early twentieth century gasometers in the Bovisa district of Milan are being redeveloped into a new innovation campus for Politecnico di Milano, based on a master plan by architect Renzo Piano. Since March 2025, three Liebherr flat-top cranes have covered the entire construction site, handling lifting and material handling work across the project.

THW builds Danube bridge using four Liebherr LTC 1050-3.1 cranes
In Tuttlingen, southern Germany, four small Liebherr cranes have achieved great things: as a temporary replacement for a Danube bridge due for demolition, the LTC 1050-3.1 compact cranes erected a 70-metre-long river crossing as part of a civil defence exercise.
