The customer’s wish is Liebherr’s command. Special requests and requirements are taken into account, since Liebherr relishes a challenge – the bigger the better.

And even once the product has provided the solution to the customer’s problem, Liebherr’s involvement is far from over. That’s because, being a dependable partner, the Group offers support for the entire life cycle of the machine and beyond.

The phrase ‘any time, any place’ is interpreted literally at Liebherr. A service network spanning more than 50 countries, in every continent, enables Liebherr to be by customers’ sides to help them overcome any problems, should they arise.

What do all Liebherr products have in common?

The occasional flash of yellow? Of course, but that is not all. The products all pursue the Group-wide goal for maximum performance and economic efficiency combined with durability and resource consumption that is as low yet as effective as possible.

The quality standard is high, but it is well worth it: Liebherr products are efficient, safe and low-consumption, creating plenty of added benefits for customers and their specific area of application. But it doesn’t stop there – with the Liebherr Remanufacturing programme (Reman), the Group is investing in the development of a circular economy for Liebherr machines. As part of this programme, Liebherr takes back a large number of certain old components from customers, such as motors, hydraulic components and gearboxes, in order to refurbish them so that they return to their original high levels of performance and reliability – this can save up to 75 % raw materials and energy and can cut carbon dioxide emissions by up to 60 %.
