Executive Assistant to Business Unit (m/f/d)Chiloeches

We are looking for a professional with a background in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar fields, whith strong commercial orientation and experience in direct sales to end customers in retail environments.

Experience in sectors such as consumer technology, brown goods (image and sound), white goods (home appliances), and mobile phone market will be especially valued, as well as familiarity with retail sales floors and the ability to create customer experiences

• Proactive, autonomous, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Affinity for and understanding of technology products.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proven capacity for data-driven decision making.
• Advanced user of Excel and Power BI

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail sales.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Knowledge of German will be positively valued.
• Willingness to travel frequently, with the position based in Chiloeches
