Carefully designed set-up concepts.

Speed, safety and comfort - these are our priorities while designing the support process, ballast installation and the attachment of additional equipment.
With the BTT remote control, assembly work can be carried out with direct visual contact.
Special equipment enables self-assembly of the cranes: ballasting, installation of the second hoist gear and mounting of the fixed jib can be performed efficiently on various crane models - without the need for an auxiliary crane.

A small adjustment with a massive effect:

VarioBallast®

On certain models in our LTM series, the ballast radius can be adjusted quickly and easily with a single setting.

A smaller radius offers advantages in confined working areas, while a larger radius enables the mobile cranes to achieve maximum lifting capacities.

It’s a level of flexibility that proves its worth even during transport to the job site.

Lower fuel consumption + less noise = ECOmode

Mobile cranes equipped with our load-sensing control system can be operated by the crane driver, who uses the master switch to set the desired working speed - using ECOmode.
The optimal engine speed is calculated by the LICCON 2 control system and transmitted to the crane engine via the engine management system.

With success:

  • Up to 10 % less fuel consumption
  • Reduced noise emissions

Higher lifting capacity in constricted areas:

VarioBase®

The working environment on construction sites is often restricted. Thanks to VarioBase®, each individual outrigger can be extended individually. The multi-award-winning LICCON control system’s load moment limiter ensures safe and efficient crane operation.

In addition, VarioBase® enables higher lifting capacities and a wider working range.
