Two BOS 2600 for FPSO
Liebherr has successfully sold two offshore cranes of type BOS 2600 (Board Offshore Crane) to a Canadian customer. The BOS series offers flexible and easy-to-maintain solutions for platforms, jack-ups, or on-board work.
Plug into progress – new LHM 800 mobile harbour crane for Marcor
Overseeing the handling of bulk cargo like no other, we're excited to present the latest LHM 800, now fully operational at the Marcor Hartel Terminal in Rotterdam, Netherlands. It's the first crane of its kind without a combustion engine, and a second one has already been ordered!
The LHM 800 stands out with a 64-metre boom that elegantly extends from the quay's bulk ships to the storage facility's interior. In the accompanying video, you can see fish feed being unloaded and stored in newly built warehouses along the quay, complete with closable rooftops, courtesy of Marcor Stevedoring B.V.

New LHM 550: Logistics powerhouse for Port of Dover
The Port of Dover has significantly enhanced its cargo handling capabilities with the acquisition of the LHM 550. Boasting a 54-metre outreach and a 104-tonne lifting capacity, this crane is designed for high-volume throughput, efficiently serving New-Panamax and Capesize vessels. Its hydrostatic drive ensures precise control, supporting the Port's diverse cargo range. By integrating the LHM 550 alongside existing cranes, the Port ensures seamless cargo transitions and efficient operations. This strategic investment underscores Dover's pivotal role in UK-EU trade, handling 33 % of the UK's trade with the EU.

Under the Brazilian sun, our LS 250 were operating in Rio de Janeiro on board the BBC Kherson. These heavy-lift ship cranes, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and in-house manufactured components, proved their strength by unloading suction piles with remarkable precision and speed. With their lifting capabilities of 500 tonnes in tandem lift, they ensure efficient and reliable performance – regardless of the cargo.
