The LPS 120 from Liebherr is ideal for coaster and feeder ships with a lifting capacity of 42 tonnes and an outreach of 30 metres. The rail-mounted portal crane solution enables the use of the area under the slewing platform, for trucks and conveyor belts, etc. The customised portal also ensures reliable stability in all applications.

Portal
The design of the portal is customised. This includes: rail spacing, portal height, wheel loads and ladder to the slewing platform.
Stage V / Tier 5 final engine
The Liebherr mobile harbour crane is equipped with the latest generation of diesel engines for the exhaust emissions standards of EU stage V or EPA Tier 5 final.
Driver's cab
Noise protection, windshield wiper, air conditioning. The ergonomic and comfortable features of the cab increase the concentration and reduce the fatigue of the crane operator – for consistently high productivity and a high level of safety.
Main supply
The main supply can be effected via low voltage (400 V) or high voltage (1 kV - 20 kV). The cable drum is secured to the portal and independently takes care of the unwinding and winding of the power cable.
Anti-collision protection
Buffers are provided at all 4 corners of the portal as collision protection. Visible limit switches can be installed as additional security.
