The Opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial Supervisor, the Service Administrator is primarily responsible for the provision of timely and effective administrative services to support the branch service department on all internal workshop jobs and will act as a back up in relation to other areas of the administration functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for workshop jobs and service projects, including job order creation and management
- Process purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate raising, receipting, and coding in Doxis.
- Monitor and reconcile WIP, ensuring timely costing and month-end reporting.
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance with QA and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate uniforms, PPE, and other administrative support tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote a safe, efficient work environment.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in administration or service support, ideally within a mining or heavy equipment environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication style with proven customer service skills and a team-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Commitment to safety, quality assurance, and process improvement principles.
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (desirable).
- Experience with Doxis (advantageous).
