General Manager Finance and ControllingJakarta

The Finance and Controlling General Manager is responsible for accounting, tax, Treasury, contract management and internal control. He / She shall ensure accounting accuracy and on time publication in line with IFRS, Local GAAP/PSAK guidelines and following up the cash flow requirements of the company. GM finance works closely with other Managers to ensure 4 eyes principle and sharing of information.

Your responsibilities

• Lead department of Accounting and Controlling, Treasury and Contract Management
• Liaise with other internal company functions to ensure achievement of company objectives
• Managing, developing and implementing of his/her department area strategies and ensure it align with company operations and business need
• Managing accounting, tax, treasury and contract management Manager and team to achieve proper business control activities
• Coordinate with all respective area / all General Manager the accurate preparation of the Company's Financial Statements, Budgets and Management Reports for Monthly, quarterly and annual review of company performance
• Communicate financial and business report packages comparable with its forecast to company General Manager, MIN Divisional Controlling and Liebherr International
• Managing local statutory accounting and tax report, to ensure meet targeted deadline and its quality
• Continuous improvement and assessments on accounting, tax and financial transactions
• Manage and control company financial performance, business, and taxes transactions activities and give recommendation/improvement when necessary
• Provide monthly financial, tax and business report presentation
• Maintain all related accounting, tax and controlling reports documentations and ensure to kept confidentiality, accessible, clean and update
• Complying with company policies, procedures, and government regulatory standards
• Evaluate performance of finance, accounting and controlling managers

Your qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economic or related professional qualification
• Min. 5 years’ experience in similar role
