Information about implementing the EU Data Act
Due to the increasing importance of data for companies and customers, as well as advancing digitalisation, the implementation of the European Data Act is of great significance for Liebherr. The EU Data Act aims to ensure fair access to data from connected products and services, and to strengthen users’ rights. On this page, you will find information about how Liebherr provides you with the necessary information to facilitate access to the data regarding your products and services.
Process steps
1. Log into MyLiebherr or create an account. Set up your business account.
2. Register the machines for which you want to call up your data.
3. Assign the “Data Manager” role to an employee.
4. Users with the role of “Data Manager” are shown a function in the product details of a registered product. There, the user can submit a request for historical data.

Data access
As a customer, you are entitled to receive the raw data and metadata generated by your networked Liebherr products and associated services free of charge. To enable access to this data, we currently offer machine-readable formats that support easy data export. The query is made via our customer portal MyLiebherr so that we can identify you as an authorised user. Furthermore, we ensure that all data is provided in accordance with harmonised standards and specifications in order to promote interoperability. If you have any questions about specific procedures or technical requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you are requesting data on behalf of a third party, please also use the appropriate form in the customer portal.
