What does the Reman programme offer?

Availability and supply just like new parts

Reconditioning components is a key part of our Reman Programme for earthmoving machines. The component replacement program replaces worn or damaged parts with a reconditioned parts.

All using the same ordering and supply process and delivery time as for a new part.

Replacement with an anonymous component, reconditioned according to OEM quality standards, ensures quality, quick delivery and optimal machine availability on your part.

What does the Reman programme offer?

Manufacturer competence and original parts

The components received into the Reman programme are completely disassembled, cleaned and evaluated corresponding to the latest standards at our plant in Ettlingen (Germany). Substandard components or those unable to be reconditioned are removed from the programme.

The individual parts used are then reassembled and painted. Only Liebherr original parts are used in this process.

After testing the component with the same safety standards as in series production (OEM standard), our customers are guaranteed a reconditioned Reman component in perfect condition.

Diesel particle filters in the Reman programme

To comply with emissions standards, Liebherr utilises SCR technology as well as exhaust filter systems such as POC/DPF (Particle Oxidation Catalyst/Diesel Particle Filter).

Ash inevitably results during the combustion process when using a diesel particle filter. This accumulates in the filter over time and gradually reduces the machine’s performance. Besides automatic onboard regeneration, the diesel particle filter therefore needs to be burnt clean again after certain time intervals.

The Liebherr Reman Programme offers a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to a new part: Replacing the diesel particle filter with a Reman diesel particle filter.
