Key Responsibilities
- Manage core returns.
- Coordinate parts ordering, receipting, inspection, and allocation.
- Maintain repair status and Machine Card data in Liebherr systems.
- Complete SMU updates, modules, and component change-out entries.
- Produce core, LTP, UXC, radiator, and data audit reports.
- Support shutdown planning from a parts and component perspective.
- Monitor APR fulfilment (5DE, 5EE) and second invoicing.
- Manage radiator repairs and forecasting.
About you
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Time management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly customer service focused to be able to negotiate positive outcomes and build relationships and trust
