The Chicago, Illinois headquartered crane rental company Imperial Crane Services continued to expand its fleet with a LTM 1300-6.2, a 300 tonnes capacity mobile crane from Ehingen, Germany and also with two LR 1300SX, the market leading 300 tonnes capacity lattice boom crawler crane produced in Nenzing, Austria.
In addition, Imperial Crane is finalizing specification discussions for their purchase of the new LTM 1450-8.1, an impressive new 450 tonnes capacity mobile crane with VarioBallast, the infinitely adjustable radius counterweight that varies ballast radius from 7m to 5m. The LTM 1450-8.1 with VarioBallast was unveiled at the 2016 Bauma trade fair.

Permit-free from south to north: new Liebherr LTM 1055-3.3 mobile crane for Schlamann-Autokrane GmbH
The LTM 1055-3.3 is the second of four new Liebherr mobile cranes ordered by Schlamann-Autokrane GmbH this year. The new 55-tonne crane is the lightest 3-axle all-terrain crane on the market: it travelled from the Liebherr plant in Ehingen, Upper Swabia, to Nienburg in Lower Saxony without the need for complex authorisation procedures.
