Launch your career in the equipment industry as an Apprentice Parts Person — a dynamic role where you’ll build strong customer service and technical skills. You’ll support internal teams and external customers through parts sales by phone, email, and in person, while learning to create accurate quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, and factory orders.

Responsibilities
- Parts Sales internally and externally, via phone, email or in person
- Create sales orders and quotes and process accurately
- Learn Warehouse operations including shipping & receiving
- Inventory management, cycle counts, warehouse organization
- Customer relations, communication skills
- Learn to create PO's and Factory orders
- Track part shipments
- Learn parts, core and warranty returns
- Learn to read parts manuals
- Learn different types of equipment and their components/parts
- Learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Competencies
- Open to all Apprentice levels
- Heavy Equipment Industry experience will be considered an asset
- Highschool Diploma
- Class 5 driver’s license required
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Being Mechanically inclined is preferred
- Able to lift and move 50 pounds
- Ability to find solutions to problems
- Able to adapt and cope with changing situations
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
