This strategic move allows the OEM to continuously improve its service offering, ranging from health management solutions including predictive maintenance to MRO. The aim is to provide customers with even faster and more flexible support, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are carried out swiftly and more sustainably. Strategic agreement on heat transfer equipment repairs
Liebherr-Aerospace and GMR Aero Technic have signed a service agreement for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of Airbus A320 heat transfer equipment. It represents a significant step forward in advancing and strengthening MRO capabilities for the Indian aviation sector and supports the Indian governmentʼs “Make in India” initiative.
Under this agreement, GMR Aero Technic, Indiaʼs leading MRO services provider, will collaborate with Liebherr-Aerospace to offer heat transfer equipment servicing during aircraft maintenance checks with the goal to ensure aircraft performance and airworthiness.
