Now in motion
The spotlight moment has passed, and the real work has begun. After its official christening in January this year, the CBG 500 E is now operating at Associated Terminals, helping to keep cargo moving efficiently along one of the United States' most important waterways – the Mississippi river.
With its all-electric drive technology, impressive handling performance and focus on operational efficiency, the crane demonstrates how innovation can create tangible value at the terminal. From concept to commissioning, this achievement reflects the power of partnership and a shared vision for the future of bulk handling.

Powering Colombia’s port growth
From diesel to electric

A smarter way to handle
What if performance and sustainability worked hand in hand for the people who rely on it every day?
At Puerto Seguro in Paraguay, the electric-powered FCC 280 is helping turn that idea into reality. Combining strong lifting performance with cleaner and quieter operation, it supports the people behind every vessel, cargo movement and successful turnaround.
For operators, it means a more comfortable working environment with less noise and a smoother daily experience. For the terminal team, it brings the efficiency and flexibility needed to keep cargo flowing.
As a strategic gateway connecting Paraguay with key markets across South America, Puerto Seguro plays an important role in regional trade. The FCC 280 helps strengthen that role, supporting sustainable growth while enabling the people who keep the port moving to work smarter every day.
