Undercarriage for mining dozers

The PR 776 utilises a high-drive undercarriage designed to lift critical components away from the pit floor:

• Elevated final drives: raising the final drives and their seals protects them from impact and abrasive materials found at ground level.
• Raised sprocket position: moving the sprocket away from the ground decreases wear on the bushings and its teeth.

Liebherr track chains are designed for dependable performance in challenging conditions, helping reduce wear, maintain traction and support longer component life:

• Positive Pin Retention (PPR): the optimised press-fit pin assembly improves joint sealability and enhances track joint reliability.
• Customisable track pads: there are options for tailoring track pads for specific applications e.g., trapezoidal mud holes can help prevent material packing and maintain traction in soft or sticky ground and Super Extreme Service Shoes (SESS) are available with the heavy-duty track chain.
• Optional track chain stress indicator: operators can monitor the forces on the chain, which helps to prevent premature wear during operation.
