CIMC Raffles Yantai ordered Liebherr Board Offshore Crane

Rostock (Germany), August 2019 – Liebherr-MCCtec Rostock GmbH together with CIMC Raffles signed a contract concerning the delivery of a board offshore crane, type BOS 2600. The company BP will use the crane for supply and maintenance tasks on its Jack Up accommodation platform next to the African west coast.

During a ceremony, Liebherr-MCCtec Rostock GmbH officially inaugurated its new heavy-duty gantry crane TCC 78000 at the Rostock Overseas Port. It will not only support the family business Liebherr with the loading and assembly of ever larger maritime cranes from its own production, but will also offer other companies the opportunity to handle heavy loads at Rostock Port.
