Vergona Crane Co., Inc. orders a Liebherr LTM 1150-5.3, known as the jewel for any fleet.

New Jersey based Vergona Crane Co., Inc. purchases a Liebherr LTM 1150-5.3 at Conexpo 2023, the largest construction tradeshow in North America. Vergona Crane specializes in crane rentals, trucking services, and warehousing throughout New York and New Jersey. With a maximum lifting capacity of 175 USt (150 t) and a long telescopic boom, the LTM 1150-5.3 is an excellent addition to Vergona’s fleet. The mobile crane is also compatible with many other Liebherr cranes with lifting capacities between 220,500 lbs and 396,830 lbs (100 t and 180 t). With the LTM 1150-5.3, Liebherr has continued a single-engine strategy with a mechanical drive unit for the superstructure. The weight reduction created by the elimination of the superstructure engine is used to deliver a longer boom and more lifting capacity.
