Liebherr 37 R4 ST truck mounted concrete pump at the CTT in Moscow

The range of Liebherr truck mounted concrete pumps covers size classes with vertical ranges of between 24 and 50 metres. The four-part boom with roll folding is extremely popular with drivers and easy to operate thanks to its perfect kinematics. The alternating pipework close to the boom ensures uniform movements over the construction site. The horizontal range is 32.8 metres and the vertical range is 36.8 metres. The truck mounted concrete pump is also available with a Z fold boom.

Smooth pump unit

The 37-metre truck mounted concrete pump is equipped with high-performance pump units with three different performance levels as required: THP 125, THP 140H or THP 170H. Liebherr offers outputs of 125 to 163 m³ per hour. The powerful pump units run very smoothly and have very good suction performance. Thanks to the open hydraulic circuit, the hydraulic system is very easy to maintain and can be operated without problems. Special structural solutions make replacing wear parts easier, which makes the pump units particularly easy to service.

The ST outrigger system is extremely stable and warp-resistant. The front and rear support arms are affixed close to the distributor boom pedestal, which directs the forces from the boom into the supports directly without deviations.

Chassis from different manufacturers can be used as the chassis for truck mounted concrete pumps. For the Russian market, MAN and Kamaz chassis are used to install Liebherr concrete pumps.

A wide range of optional accessories and equipment is available for the 37 R4 ST. Customers can therefore adapt the machine to their requirements with additional storage compartments, LED work spot lights or high pressure cleaners. For the paintwork, there is the choice between the modern Liebherr look or other colours.
