Do you envision yourself influencing the success of workplaces at a national scale?

Liebherr-Australia is searching for a high-calibre National Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic Adelaide team! As a strategic HR leader, reporting to our Managing Director – Finance and Administration, you'll play a pivotal role partnering with executives and managers, providing expert HR guidance to keep them informed of key trends and opportunities. Imagine developing and implementing HR strategies that create a positive and productive work environment across all our divisions. You'll oversee the HRIS system (SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy and providing timely support to our internal stakeholders.

What we need from you

We're looking for someone to drive critical HR initiatives, including performance management, learning and development, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion and talent management. You'll get to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to motivate retention. Plus, you'll champion the HR-IT strategy and systems, driving adoption and maximising their effectiveness.

Building strong relationships is key. You'll foster positive connections with management, unions, and employees, maintaining a balanced work environment. Ensuring compliance with relevant industrial agreements, awards, and statutory obligations is also part of the role.

You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of Liebherr-Australia's business strategy and lead the execution of assigned HR projects. Finally, you'll prepare insightful reports and proposals to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Your strengths

We're looking for a strategic HR leader with recognised experience in a senior HR leadership role. A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is required as a minimum. You'll have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies across a national organisation.

A strong understanding of current HR and industrial relations legislation is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels. Most importantly, you'll bring demonstrated leadership qualities and a passion for cultivating a positive and productive work environment.
