About the roleThe Mining Division of Liebherr-Australia currently has a vacancy for an experienced and energetic Warranty Administrator to be based at our Perth Branch on a 7/7 roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing warranty claims to ensure maximum recovery from Liebherr Factories.
• Compile and submit product quality reports to Liebherr Factories.
• Open warranty jobs, coordinate parts ordering, and follow up on estimated time of arrival of parts.
• Coordinate and handle the return of parts from site and repairers.
• Liaising with departments on pending and rejected claims.
• Maintain warranty claims within the allocated KPI’s.
• Preparation of warranty reports and analysis of warranty result.
• Maintain a maintenance tracking sheet, ensuring timely follow-up.

About You

• Certificate IV Business Administration OR 3 years Administration experience
• Strong MS Office computer literacy and proficiency, particularly excel
• A strong understanding of work in progress and warranty claims processes
• Reporting skills with the ability to provide accurate and timely information
• Knowledge and understanding of heavy machinery and components
