There are your tasks

• Lead and develop a service team of skilled field technicians
• Plan and coordinate service tasks and resources
• Optimize processes for high-quality service, effective problem-solving, and customer satisfaction
• Manage administrative routines: budgeting, invoicing, cost approvals, reporting, and travel expense handling
• Oversee spare parts inventory, warranty claims, returns, and service vehicles
• Collaborate with key stakeholders at the Liebherr factory in Germany, including annual visits

What you bring with you

• Technical Studies and deep understanding of service operations in a technical or mechanical environment
• Experience as service leader in a complex, technical service department
• Good IT skills (ERP systems and MS Office)
• Fluency in Danish and English
• Strong leadership skills to motivate, coach, and develop individuals and teams, committed to a positive working culture
• Solution-oriented, clear communicator, open and collaborative
