O nouă generaţie de excavatoare pe şenile

Generația a 8-a de excavatoare pe şenile Liebherr privește către viitor. Liebherr a revizuit complet conceptul de bază al maşinilor pentru a oferi clienţilor produse mai performante şi mai confortabile. Punctele forte ale noii generaţii de excavatoare pe şenile sunt puterea mai mare a motorului, contragreutatea mai mare pentru capacităţi mai mari ale cupei şi consum minim de carburant. O altă inovație este conceptul modificat al brațului pentru a îmbunătăți forța acestuia și diagrama de sarcină, ceea ce duce la economisirea de carburant.

În primă fază, generaţia a 8-a cuprinde şapte modele: R 922, R 924, R 926, R 930, R 934, R 938 şi R 945. Toate motoarele corespund normelor de poluare Stage V.

Cel mai înalt nivel de confort şi siguranţă maximă

Pentru a asigura confortul operatorului utilajului, excavatoarele pe şenile din generaţia a 8-a au fost echipate cu cabine confortabile. Cabinele sunt echipate cu scaune cu suspensie pneumatică, sistem de climatizare performant, afişaj tactil de 7“ uşor de utilizat şi parbriz rabatabil.

Conceptul de iluminare al excavatoarelor pe șenile a fost complet revizuit. Noua generație este dotată cu sistem de iluminare cu LED-uri, care oferă o iluminare excelentă, are o durată de viață mai îndelungată și un consum redus de energie . Camerele video amplasate în spate și pe lateral oferă siguranță sporită. Alte dotări ce aduc un plus de siguranţă sunt cabina protejată cu sistem ROPS certificat, ieşirea de urgenţă prin geamul din spate şi intrarea şi ieşirea uşoară graţie consolei de comandă rabatabile.

Mai multă putere cu un consum redus

Noile excavatoare pe şenile dispun de forţe de săpare şi forţe de tracţiune mai mari ale șasiului inferior. Suplimentar, a fost optimizat şi momentul de rotire al suprastructurii. Aceste îmbunătăţiri oferă o putere şi mai mare excavatoarelor. Design-ul atașamentelor a fost îmbunătățit pentru a reduce consumul de combustibil și a face utilajele și mai eficiente în termeni de consum.

Pentru toate modelele sunt disponibile diferite configurații. De exemplu, noul șasiu WLC a fost proiectat special pentru aplicaţii dificile care necesită o stabilitate mare.

Mentenanță mai ușoară și mai sigură

Lucrările de întreţinere la excavatoarele pe şenile din generaţia a 8-a sunt acum şi mai simple. Accesul la suprastructură a fost extins, iar platforma de întreţinere a fost prevăzută cu balustrade. Platforma protejează toate componentele, poate fi utilizată pentru depozitare şi facilitează umplerea rezervorului de AdBlue.

La unele modele, punctele de întreţinere sunt accesibile şi de la sol. La noua generaţie de excavatoare pe şenile Liebherr, nivelurile uleiului de motor, uleiului hidraulic, carburantului şi ureei pot fi monitorizate din cabină.
