Rava Ollivier joined the Customer Services department of Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse as Sales Administration Manager -Serial Production and Spares Customers - in April 2021. After a supply chain specialization within Toulouse Business School, she worked several years in IT projects to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. She started at Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse in 2014 as IT Project Manager for sales, purchase and finance tools. During the last three years, she participated in the migration of the ERP coordinating all IT activities in collaboration with the business.

Sébastien Le Hunsec arrived in June 2021 in the Customer Services department of Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse as Sales Administration Manager - Serial Production and Spares Customers. Sebastien will manage the processing and follow-up of customer orders from the purchase orders to the deliveries and invoicing. He also participates in the development and maintenance of customer relationship. He has been working in Transportation Industries since 2004 and joined Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse in 2008 as Project Manager in the IT Department. Sebastien was in charge of supply chain software and especially sales administration solutions.

Thomas Gauthier started in the Customer Service team at Liebherr-Aerospace Dubai (UAE) in December 2020 as Key Account Manager. Thomas brings with him a 12 years’ experience in the aviation industry, including 10 years as Aircraft Line Maintenance Engineer at a major logistics company and two years as Customer Senior Engineering Support Specialist for an aircraft manufacturer. With his extensive background in customer support and aircraft maintenance, associated to his advanced technical knowledge on bleed and air conditioning systems, Thomas is in charge of Middle East aircraft operators.

Angelene Juay is the new Quality Manager of Liebherr-Aerospace Singapore since October 2020. After obtaining her diploma in Quality Assurance Engineering and a Bachelor Degree in Material & Science Engineering of Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, Angelene has acquired additional auditor training for IAQG 9100 / ISO 9000. She started her career as Quality Engineer at a company in the environmental and energy solutions business (Singapore), then moved on to a company in Aerospace, Defence and Security (Singapore) as Senior Quality Engineer in the Part 145 MRO organization and was promoted to Quality Manager of the Part 21 production organization. Her sound experience in the field of managing quality systems in the aviation industry will add strong value to the force of our Aerospace team.
