Nevertheless, it is also true that organizations may evolve, people may change and eventually, one may not know for sure whom to turn to for an answer.
Our solution: The Liebherr-Aerospace Service Platform and two of its core online services. With “Technical Request” and “Commercial Support”, creating queries and following their resolution has never been easier. Once your request is categorized and submitted, the system routes it automatically to the right team amongst our Liebherr-Aerospace sites. No more lost emails and time invested in searching for the right contact point. A ticket is created for each of your requests, with a dedicated resolution process, closely monitored by our Customer Service specialists.
“Technical Request” is here to ease support on technical issues or technical publication and the scope of “Commercial Support” is broader. You can use it to ask for quotes on parts or services. If you would like to inquire about specific purchase orders, for detailed information or documents, this is of course possible.
Any question about your contracts and warranty management can also be made online, in the same fashion that you can ask for information about existing product upgrades, repair capabilities or any other topic. In all cases, you can attach documents and share the request with your colleagues, and we have also included a module for you to interact with our team, like an online chat system.
