The colleagues below have recently joined our organization: we wish them success in their new assignment!

Nadine Welzel has taken over the position of Head of Customer Service Engineering at Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg (Germany) effective December 1st 2021, replacing David Charles who retired last year. After attaining her Master of Science in mechanical engineering, she worked several years on ESA projects in Germany as well as in the light and heavy rail industry in California (USA). Nadine joined Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg in 2013 as In-Service and Life-Cycle Manager for flight controls design engineering, and she was group leader for technical service engineering for the last four years during which she implemented new structures and created a positive impact on our customer support activities.

Markus Meer was promoted to Contract Manager MRO at Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg (Germany) in February 2022. His new responsibilities will see him manage service contracts with customers of a dedicated portfolio in the European and African region. Markus has been with our German team for already more than 14 years, gathering customer service experience in order administration as team leader and warranty claim management.

Karine Larroque was promoted Service Contract Manager within the Customer Services department of Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse (France). She joined our company in 2016 and her previous sales administrations functions gave her a solid experience in customer relationship. In her new role, Karine is in charge of a complete customer’s portfolio, such as AJW Group, ATR and the French Government, and will contribute to develop our contracts’ performance to customers’ satisfaction.

Caroline Chana joined in January 2022 the Customer Services department of Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse (France) as Technical Support Specialist. She is in charge of Airbus’ long-range family (A330/A340). Caroline has been working at Liebherr-Aerospace in Toulouse since 2012, as qualification engineer at first, then as Customer Assurance Quality Specialist. She brings her problem-solving minded and experience in customer relationship.
