The new Liebherr-Aerospace service platform went live on May 3, 2021. With in-service experience gathered during the last months, it is now a good time to take a first look back and verify how the platform has changed customer experience.

No less than 45 different companies have connected to our platform during the first month of operation - a number that more than doubled to reach 97 already by the end of September!

There is no doubt that its functionalities are responding to strong expectations. The 24/7 tracking information provided by our Repair Order Status is proving useful every day to many customers, allowing them to simplify repair management operations.

Launched in June 2021, our Technical Request service has helped more than 35 airlines to get faster resolution of fleet technical issues or answers to questions about our technical publications. Some customers even said that the possibility to follow the resolution progress and to share comments at any time was un-matched even when compared with some aircraft manufacturers.
