Kai Guenther joined the Customer Support Team at Liebherr-Aerospace in Lindenberg (Germany) in November 2019 in the position of Head of Technical Publication & Data. He has been working for more than 25 years in aviation, including 18 years within Lufthansa Technik. He has gained experience in Customer Support, Technical Engineering, Quality Assurance, Lease, On-Site Service and Leadership.

Marc Kieken joined the Customer Service team of Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse (France) in January 2020 as Product Support Manager dedicated to helicopter programs.

After obtaining his master degree in Industrial System and Maintenance, Marc has gained his strong professional experience in various customer support related roles in the aerospace industry.

Morgan Guyomar is working in the Technical Support team at Liebherr-Aerospace in Toulouse (France) since November 2019 as a Technical Support Engineer on air management systems for Embraer civil regional aircraft (E-Jet E1 and E2 Family and ERJ 135/145). Before joining Liebherr, he was a retrofit campaign manager specialized on the A380 program, preceded by a first experience in the power plant engineering department of an airline flying ATR aircraft.

Timo Anders has changed position and moved from Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg (Germany) to Liebherr-Aerospace in Singapore as Service Contract Executive in December 2019. His new responsibilities will see him manage service contracts with customers as well as with other companies within the Asia-Pacific region. After obtaining his degree as “Bachelor of Science for Industrial Engineering” from the University Furtwangen, Timo joined Liebherr-Aerospace in 2015 as a member of the Pricing and Business Intelligence team.

Shu Ting Zhao joined the Customer Service team of Liebherr-Aerospace Singapore as a Customer Service Executive in October 2019. After graduation from Singapore’s Republic Polytechnic with a Diploma in Industrial and Operational Management, Shu Ting has gained her first professional experience in various sales related roles in the aerospace industry.

Kenneth Ong started his work in the Customer Service team of Liebherr-Aerospace Singapore as a Customer Service Executive in December 2019. He began his career in aerospace at the Singapore facility of an MRO service provider as a Customer Support Representative. Kenneth graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Chris Lee is a new Field Service Representative in the team of Liebherr-Aerospace Singapore. Chris has many decades of experience in aviation starting from his time in Singapore’s Air Force, followed by roles as Field Service Representative, Customer Support Engineer and system retrofit specialist. Chris graduated from Radio College of Canada in Toronto with an Advance Diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology.

Mark Stevens has been promoted to the position of Customer Service Manager in Liebherr-Aerospace Saline, Michigan (USA). Mark previously served in the capacity of Customer Service Supervisor and he has accumulated a broad experience base within the customer service domain since joining Liebherr in 2004. He has established a well-deserved reputation for managing a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, rapid decision-making abilities, and defining solutions for our aftermarket customers.

Sarah Wells has joined Liebherr Aerospace Saline, Michigan (USA) as a Customer Service Administrator. Sarah is responsible for processing sales activity for different airline operators throughout North and South America. Sarah brings to Liebherr more than five years of broad-based experience in customer service. This includes developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and contract management.

Bjoern Westendorf transferred as an Engineering Manager to Liebherr-Aerospace Saline, Michigan (USA) as of March 2020. His mission is to establish a new design engineering team reinforcing our capabilities and repair solutions. He changed his position from Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg (Germany), where he worked as a Team Leader in the landing gear stress department since 2016. In this role, he already worked extensively on repair development and other in-service engineering issues. Bjoern has a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, Germany.
