Gernot Zahn joined the Regional Sales Manager team of Liebherr-Aerospace in Lindenberg (Germany) in September 2019. With his experience in sales in the automotive industry in Scandinavia, Poland, France as well as in Israel, he will bring a new open mindset in developing services solutions. Gernot will take-over a portfolio of customers operating in the Czech Republic, Finland, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the Baltic countries Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Pierre Heritier joined the Product Support Management team of Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg (Germany) in July 2019. In his new role, he will interface with Airbus and Airbus Helicopters for the support activities on the A350 XWB and X4 programs. He contributes his 3.5 years of experience on electronic products related to the A350 XWB high lift system, the E190-E2 high lift system, the B787 remote electronic unit and various R&D projects.

Paloma de la Infiesta was promoted to Product Support Manager at Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg (Germany) in April 2019. In her new position, she is responsible for the support activities towards Airbus (A400M) and Embraer (EJet-E2). Paloma has been with our German team for already more than 5 years, during which time she played a key role in improving our training services towards airline customers within the Technical Support department.

Luize Bartelega joined the Technical Support team at Liebherr-Aerospace in Lindenberg (Germany) in June 2019 in the position of Technical Training Instructor for Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg products. Luize comes from São José dos Campos (Brazil) where she graduated from São Paulo State University (UNESP) with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, following a previous training as a mechanical technician. Her fondness for helping people learning, combined with her own technical skills, will benefit both, our aerospace customers and the Liebherr team.

Chengbao Jiang joined the Technical Support team at Liebherr-Aerospace in Lindenberg (Germany) in June 2019 as a Technical Service Engineer. In this position, he is the main point of contact for in-service technical issues regarding Airbus (Single Aisle) flight controls and COMAC (ARJ21 and C919) landing gear. Chengbao brings extensive in-service experience gained through 11 years as regional Field Service Representative for the Liebherr Team in Shanghai preceded by 4 years as a member of a large Chinese MRO.

Nicolas Jouault has been promoted Group Leader for the business jet, helicopter and military aircraft team within the Technical Support organization at Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse (France). He joined Liebherr-Aerospace in 2012 as a System Design Engineer principally working on the A220 program’s development phase. Nicolas has been working for the Customer Services department since 2015 as Technical Support Engineer on the Bombardier Global family, including the recent Global 7500 entry into service, as well as the Challenger 300-350 platforms.

Jake Yu has joined the Liebherr-Aerospace China Technical Service team in July 2019 as a Field Service Representative. He holds a Bachelor degree from the Shanghai University of Technology and Science (SUES), specialized in aircraft maintenance and engineering. Jake has over 14 years of experience gained with a Chinese airline operating one of the largest fleet of Airbus aircraft. His expertise covers line maintenance, heavy maintenance, engineering and quality audit for various aircraft systems such as ATA21, 27, 29, 32, 36 and engine.

Ashton Chong joined Liebherr-Singapore as Sales Manager with a focus on Used Serviceable Material “USM by Liebherr”. His responsibility is to develop the regional USM business in-line with our overall strategy. He brings with him his experience from his previous positions in program management and in sales and business development within the logistics industry.

Faruk Muhammad has been appointed as Service Contract Manager in July 2019 within Liebherr-Singapore’s Aerospace Division. Having joined Liebherr-Singapore in 2013, Faruk manages the various service contracts that Liebherr-Aerospace executes with customers within the Asia Pacific region.

Wei Chien Yen joined Liebherr-Aerospace Singapore in June 2019 as Manager, Commercial Administration. Wei Chien holds a Bachelor degree in engineering (Hons) and an advanced diploma in supply chain management. His previous roles with Singapore Aerospace Manufacturing and GE Aviation have brought him a solid and broad experience in the aviation industry.

Nabillah Siti joined Liebherr-Aerospace Singapore as a Customer Service Administrator in November 2018. Nabillah holds a diploma in engineering (Aviation Management) from Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore. She brings along a strong sense of customer service, after having collected her first experience in the service environment with Singapore Telco and Silkair.

Thatchayani Unplagan joined Liebherr-Aerospace Singapore as a Customer Service Administrator in June 2018. She holds an advanced diploma in international business from the Management Development Institute of Singapore. Prior to that, Thatchayani worked as Customer Service Officer in a security company.
