For applications in industrial handling and wood handling, the wheel loader L 550 can be optionally fitted with the industrial lift arms. This special auxiliary attachment has been designed for applications with heavy attachments such as wooden tongs, high dump bucket or buckets with downholders. As an extra to the traditional Z kinematics, the industrial lift arms feature a torque increase in the upper lift arm positions. The industrial lift arms are fitted with a hydraulic quick-change system as standard which, ensures that the numerous Liebherr attachment options can be changed quickly and safely. The parallel movement without readjustment over the entire lifting range and excellent vision over all the work areas enable the operator to relax and work safely.
