Liebherr's injection technology is characterised by a long service life, low wear and strong product features also in different fuel qualities around the world. It is designed for medium and heavy-duty engines, as well as for large engines in on- and off-highway applications and stationary applications. The fields of application range from engines with 1 litre displacement per cylinder through to large engines with 5 litre displacement per cylinder. Equally suitable for in-line and v-engines, the highly flexible systems support compliance with current and future emissions standards. Injectors and high pressure pumps from Liebherr have a particularly compact design. As a result, they satisfy the highest requirements in relation to the installation space and engine manufacturers are very flexible in their engine design. All hydraulic components of Liebherr injection systems are designed for maximum flexibility in the toughest conditions. They impress with their robustness against aggressive fuels and their high degree of efficiency with minimum fuel consumption.
Liebherr delivers complete injection systems consisting of a high pressure pump, rail, injectors and electronic control unit (ECU). Professional application engineers support the engine manufacturer with the integration of hydraulic and electronic components in their power units. The injection system is optimised for different emissions standards, low consumption or the highest engine performance according to the requirement.
