The Liebherr Elko, Nevada operation provides sales and service for the mining equipment in the Rocky Mountain and Western USA. The 15,000 square foot facility is located east of Elko off of I-80. This facility also has the capability to rebuild mechanical components for the Liebherr excavators, haul trucks, and dozers. The building sits on a 33 acre parcel and was constructed in 2008 to support the Liebherr mining products in the area.

The original Liebherr Gillette, Wyoming facility was constructed in 2001 as an office building and warehouse. A 25,000 square foot repair shop was added to the facility in 2012. The 40,000 square foot facility sits on 10 Acres in southwest Gillette on Highway 59. Sales and Service for the LUS Mining Division are handled out of this location as well as the repair and rebuilding of the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components to support the Liebherr mining trucks, excavators, and dozers.

In 2005 Liebherr opened a new facility in Houston, Texas for sales, service and repair of new and used mobile, duty cycle and lift version crawler cranes, as well as piling and drilling rigs and maritime cranes.

The repair and service operations are carried out in a 328 ft long, 108 ft wide and 49 ft high service building. Outdoor facilities include a test stand where load tests as well as crane performance evaluations are executed. In addition, Liebherr specialists offer customers crane maintenance work, accident repairs and the reconditioning of used cranes.

The Houston service center also offers training courses for customers, crane and service staff.

Liebherr USA, Co. facility in Kearny, Arizona provides sales and service for the Mining Division, as well as the repair and rebuilding of the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components to support the Liebherr mining trucks, excavators, and dozers.

Liebherr USA, Co. opened its sales and service facility in Lodi, California in September 2017 to provide technical assistance, field service, yard storage for consignment cranes, stock and replenish parts, perform equipment repairs, stock inventory for sale and deploy rental fleets. The new facility includes service bays, a warehouse and office building. Liebherr USA, Co. has two divisions operating out of the Lodi facility, Mobile and Crawler Cranes and the Crawler Cranes and Foundation Equipment division. This cooperation derives further advantages to Liebherr crane customers in the western region of the United States, enhancing the level of customer service and product support, and offering a greater selection of cranes.

Liebherr USA, Co. Crawler Cranes and Foundation Equipment division in Lodi offers a product range of crawler cranes, duty-cycle crawler cranes, piling and drilling rigs as well as attachments, such as rotary drives, hammers and vibrators. The Mobile and Crawler Cranes division offers a wide range of mobile cranes with telescoping or lattice booms on wheeled or crawler-tracked undercarriages.

The facility in Lodi is located in California’s Central Valley, about 84 miles west of San Francisco and about 36 miles south of Sacramento. In terms of logistics, this allows Liebherr to respond to customer inquiries quicker and accelerate the distribution of parts and services in this region.

The new sales and service center located in Hialeah Gardens in Miami, Florida opened in 2013. The state-of-the-art facility serves as a major hub for the Maritime Cranes, and the Refrigeration and Freezers divisions of Liebherr USA, Co. The new sales and service center is ideally located. The port of Miami and the Miami International Airport are in close proximity to the new site. This allows Liebherr to respond to customer enquiries within a short time and to accelerate the distribution of parts and services.

Besides maritime cranes such as mobile harbor cranes, container cranes, ship cranes, offshore cranes, stacking and gantry cranes (RMG, RTG), reachstackers and straddle carriers, Liebherr markets a variety of residential and commercial appliances in North America from this location.

The Miami sales and service center also offers a broad range of training courses for customers, operators, crane and service staff.

The Liebherr Aerospace Seattle area office is based approximately 5 miles from one of the world’s largest aerospace companies.
