07.07.2014 Customer support performance: Liebherr-Aerospace rated n°1 by Dassault
Based on its bi-yearly assessments, Dassault Aviation rated Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse SAS, Toulouse (France), the top company providing customer support for its Falcon program. Liebherr-Aeropsace thus confirmed its leading position for the fifth time in a row. The main criteria of the ranking are repair performances, quality of communication and respecting contractual commitments. The ranking covers all Falcon aircraft that are in service worlwide. Liebherr-Aerospace supplies flight critical systems for the Falcon 7X, Falcon 2000, Falcon 900, Falcon 50, Falcon 200, Falcon 20 and Falcon 10.
Having undertaken significant efforts to optimize its customer service organization and processes in the past years, Liebherr-Aerospace has been able to substantially improve in delivering repairs on time and in controlling its inventories by anticipating and adjusting forecasts.
