The Sales Support Executive plays a vital role in assisting the Tower Crane sales team through administration, coordination, and reporting, ensuring efficient sales and rental operations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and headquarters on quotations and orders, addressing customer inquiries, managing various reports, and preparing basic analytical summaries for the management.

What You Can Expect of the Job

• You’ll support the sales team by drafting quotations for both sales and rental requests.
• You’ll work closely with other departments and international offices to ensure smooth sales and rental processes.
• You’ll generate reports and conduct basic analyses on sales and market trends, while also keeping status reports up to date, including those for sales, rentals, and ongoing projects.
• You’ll work with the sales team to monitor the progress of rental projects and maintain oversight of the sales pipeline.
• You’ll prepare presentations, summaries, and assorted reports.
• You’ll participate in sales meetings and provide precise documentation of meeting minutes.
• You’ll provide administrative and coordination support for activities related to sales and marketing.
• Any other additional duties as assigned.

What We Expect of You

• A minimum educational level of Diploma, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in a sales support role.
• An effective listener with clear written and oral communication.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated high degree of independence and initiative.
• Strong organisational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Able to address practical problems and adapt to diverse and evolving circumstances.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Business travel may be required.
