Training Consultant (m/f/d)Madrid

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and hands-on Training Consultant (m/f/d) to design, manage, and deliver the training strategy for supporting our major transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation, and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and Field Service Management) in our newly established Global IT Service Center in Madrid. In this role, you will act as coordinator, ensuring that all user groups across streams are effectively prepared to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working from day one.

Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute training deployment activities in line with the program training strategy, in close collaboration with the Training Lead and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor training activities and provide ongoing support, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and program objectives.
- Define and manage training plans, including training infrastructure setup, session scheduling, and tracking of completion through KPIs (attendance, evaluations, and assessments using tools such as SuccessFactors).
- Oversee the creation and quality of training materials and digital adoption content, ensuring alignment with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and consistency across formats (including in-app guidance using WalkMe, documentation, and e-learning).
- Drive the adoption of digital enablement solutions (e.g., WalkMe) to provide in-application guidance, improve user experience, and increase adoption of new systems and processes.
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of training and digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe), supporting the team in delivering effective and scalable user enablement.
- Collaborate closely with functional streams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure training content reflects business processes and system functionalities.
- Support the creation and maintenance of training documentation and reporting using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to support training delivery and user enablement activities.
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in training development and delivery, ideally within large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and Field Service) transformation programs is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to engage and train diverse user groups, from operational roles to senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and user adoption strategies.
- Hands-on experience with digital adoption platforms, particularly WalkMe, for in-app guidance, user support, and adoption tracking.
- Experience with training creation and learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, SuccessFactors LMS or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Strong track record of delivering training activities on time and meeting project objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured way.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is highly desirable and German is an advantage.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- A proactive, hands-on, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently with a structured and disciplined approach.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.
