Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)Warsaw

We are looking for you to join our Customer Service Team in our Refrigeration and Freezing Division at our Warsaw location as a “Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d).”

Your responsibilities

• Providing expert advice and support to service providers, repair centers, retail partners and end consumers regarding all customer service matters
• Handling and coordinating warranty, statutory liability and goodwill claims as well as spare parts management while ensuring customer-oriented and timely processing
• Recording, processing and tracking orders within the Service division
• Coordinating and handling customer and service inquiries in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external service partners
• Assisting in the resolution of technical and organizational issues and ensuring professional communication with partners and customers
• Supporting the organization and delivery of training sessions for retail partners and service technicians
• Contributing to the continuous optimization of service processes and workflows to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
• Initial professional experience in a sales, customer service or similar organisational role, ideally in a technical environment
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written and spoken German and/or English
• A proactive, structured and independent approach to work, with high standards of quality and reliability
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, as well as a keen sense of priorities
• A confident and courteous manner when dealing with managers, staff, customers and business partners
