What countries do you deliver to?
We send orders to delivery addresses within the European Union and Switzerland.

What is the delivery time?
Once payment has been received, the order is typically sent within two working days at the latest. In exceptional cases (e.g. in the lead-up to Christmas and in weeks where there are public holidays), slight delays may occur.
Standard delivery times depend on the destination country. The delivery time for orders sent to Germany and neighbouring countries is 2-3 working days. Therefore, you order should arrive within 5 working days of receipt of payment. For all other countries in the European Union, the delivery time is 2-5 working days.

What do you charge for shipping and packaging?

What shipping company do you use?
Parcels are sent with DPD. We use Deutsche Post to send orders to Switzerland. If no-one answers the door when delivery is attempted, another delivery attempt will be made or the shipping company will leave the parcel with your neighbour.

What should I do if the items don’t fit, are faulty or I don’t like them?
If our clothing items don’t fit, are faulty or you don’t like them, we kindly ask you to return the items in question to our warehouse: Liebherr-Shop, Fabrikstraße 1, 88444 Ummendorf, Germany. If you would like to return the items and cancel the order, please complete and enclose the cancellation form (please read the right of cancellation). If you would like to exchange an item for another item or another size, please note this on the delivery note. Parcels sent to us without prepaid postage cannot be accepted for this very reason.
You can return items free of charge if you use the DPD returns service. You can find a returns form in the footer text on our online shop.

How long do I have to return the ordered items?
Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned free of charge within 8 days of receipt. To do so, use the returns form in the footer text on the online shop.

What do I need to take into consideration if I am placing an order in Switzerland?
If you are placing the order in Switzerland, prices will be shown without German value-added tax. The import procedure (incl. taxes and tariffs incurred) is managed by our shipping provider Deutsche Post.

Do you have a shop where I can look at/try on and purchase the items in person?
The Liebherr-Shop is a purely online business. We don’t have a bricks and mortar shop. We only have a dispatch warehouse. One exception to this is the bauma trade fair in Munich every 3 years.

Do you offer payment on account or in instalments as payment methods?
We don’t offer payment on account as well as payment in instalments as a payment method.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can select the payment method “credit card” at checkout and pay with VISA or Mastercard, VISA Electron, Postepay, Servired, Carte Bleue, Dankort, Maestro, V-Pay, Carta Si, Euro 6000 and 4B) or by DIRECTebanking / Sofortüberweisung. We don’t accept American Express.

How can I get in touch with you?
The best way to reach us is to send an email to [email protected]. This is our preferred method of contact as emails can be answered quickly and in a structured manner. You can also reach us on the telephone from Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. by dialling 0049 (0) 7351 / 41 4982. Depending on how many orders we are dealing with, it might not be possible to reach us on the telephone straight away. In this case, please leave a message.

Does the Liebherr-Shop have representation at trade fairs?
We are focussing on our online sales and expanding our online business. With the exception of the bauma trade fair in Munich and family days at our plants, we are purely an online business.

Can Liebherr employees receive a discount?
Employees of the Liebherr Group can register with the Liebherr-Shop free-of-charge and take advantage of exclusive discounts on selected items.
We kindly ask employees who have a Liebherr email address to register under -> Log in using their login details (Liebherr email address and Windows password). The login details for the old shop will no longer be required.

We kindly ask employees who do not have a Liebherr email address to create a user account under -> Register and, as soon as you are logged in, activate the employee account under -> Register as employee.

As they are non-cash benefits, please note that employees need to pay income tax by way of the payroll accounting system on any discounts they receive.
