Significant copper and emerald opencast mines operate Liebherr machines in the region and our presence in the country enables proper service support and spare parts availability to achieve high customer satisfaction and enhance productivity.
We’re looking for a highly motivated Digital Systems & Business Improvement Analyst to power digital change and continuous improvement across the business.
Responsibilities
BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT:
• Identify and assess opportunities to streamline and standardize business processes.
• Conduct time, cost, and efficiency analyses to support improvement recommendations.
• Implement measurable performance indicators (KPIs) to track process improvements.
DIGITAL SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION:
• Support design and deployment of digital tools including SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and ERP integrations.
• Collaborate with developers to design and test automation workflows and data interfaces.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and system rollouts across departments.
• Provide ongoing user support, feedback collection, and system enhancement recommendations.
DATA MANAGEMENT & REPORTING:
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across integrated systems (ERP, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Support data analysis and visualization to inform management decisions.
• Maintain documentation of data pipelines, system configurations, and integration maps.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT & TRAINING:
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users on new systems and processes.
• Promote a culture of digital adoption and continuous improvement across departments.
• Document lessons learned, best practices, and maintain process improvement repositories.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint and Power Platform (Power
Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with ERP systems, database concepts, and data integration workflows.
• Experience in data visualization and reporting using Power BI and Excel.
• Knowledge of business process mapping, workflow automation, and continuous improvement tools.
• Ability to document system requirements, functional specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, business process improvement, or digital transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience in process mapping, requirements analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
