Field Service Engineer/Mechanic

Liebherr-Romania S.R.L. is responsible for sales and servicing Liebherr's products throughout Romania for the following products: earthmoving equipments, tower cranes, mobile and crawler cranes, harbor cranes and drilling machines.
Your responsibilities
Perform maintenance and service work on our customer's machines/equipment on site and occasionally in one of our workshops. Undertake diagnostic, repair and modification work. Provide accurate and timely reports and other necessary paperwork
Your profile
- A sound knowledge of electronics, hydraulics and mechanical systems
- Excellent IT skills, with the ability to develop these for diagnostic work with the very latest control systems
- Good customer management skills
- Good English, German will be a plus

Your responsibilities
- Deals with the professional presentation of the company's products to customers or potential customers;
- Sells the company's products, prepares sale's offers and contracts
- Participates in auctions and completes the necessary documentations needed
- Prepares orders based on customer requirements
- Exhibits or demonstrates the products, using samples or catalogs
- Attends seminars
- Studies customer needs and submits written proposals to them
- Establishes and maintains a constant connection with customers
- Forecasts and updates the customer list
- Creates and maintains an adequate territorial coverage
- Is responsible for the related revenues of the division he's part of
- Follows permanently the market profile
- Contributes to the company's sales strategy and plans to meet company goals.
Your profile
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken), German is an advantage
- Technical university degree
- Good knowledge of computer usage & MS Office package
- Availability to work long hours
- Availability to travel around the country
- Very good communication skills
- Customer orientation
- Good knowledge of promotion and sale techniques
- Positive attitude and dynamism
- Adaptability and flexibility
