Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities

• Work with the management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime
• Plan production tasks and schedule according to customer orders
• Update the sales forecast weekly wise and generate the configured projects in system
• Based on the sales plan create production plan, forecast and demand generation, Performs load levelling on build plan to allow smooth plan
• Responsible for analysis of demand & supply generation in system.
• Responsible for the generic items and generic BOM & update the details after modification
• He Should have High scope on quality and process improvement
• Responsible for generating, Sorting, repairing & closing the Production Orders and Master data
• Monitors daily schedule status and communicates scheduling problem or concerns to management
• Coordination between sales, production, purchase team for efficient working.
• Develop and review production plan with management for approval
• Track material shortage, discuss with purchase and warehouse team.
• Responsible for measuring, recording, calculating, analysing timings of drives
• Creating and upgrading routings in a system INFOR-LN
• Should perform Workflow charts and capacity analysing
• Preparing standard operating procedures (SOP) for drives, good in preparing documents, check lists i.e. should have very good documentations skills.
• He/She should lead and involved in lean manufacturing techniques

• B.E. (Mechanical/Production)
• We are looking for someone who has experience in Gear box assembly, for wind energy sector
• 03 to 05 Years of experience with emphasis in production and manufacturing
• Experience with ERP system required (INFOR LN Preferred)
• Knowledge of drives & production planning
• Proficient in use Microsoft office suite of products
• Strong communication
• Strong time management and analytical skill
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures
• Must have problem-solving ability
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Work Ethics: Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done in a timely manner
• Language: Excellent written/oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Possess quality orientation, safety focus and sense of urgency in executing responsibilities.
• Proactive as well as detail and results oriented with strong desire to succeed.
