Job summary:
- Responsible for procurement of non-productions material, capex and opex.
- Negotiating service contracts.
- Responsible for Marketing, Regional WH /Sales office Non Bom Purchase.
- Responsible for supplier identification and selection.
- Core team member for annual agreement and rate finalization for Outbond logisctics transporter, Ware hose and Office paces (rent) and CFA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of all kinds of non-productions material, capex and opex.
- Procurement of Marketig material and Serivce
- Floating RFQ’s, quotation evalulations and approval.
- Convert approved PR to PO for receipt of required goods in time.
- Followup of ordered material for deliveries and get material within time.
- Marketing Project/Event vendor finalization.
- Stackholder relationship managment, both internal & external.
- Market watch dog for sourcing of better service and Material
- Identification of alternate source for CI and as a second source.
- Control of data documentation and retantion.
- Business partner registration in system.
- Agreement/ Rate card finalization for CHA and transporter.
- Core team Member for rent agreement and rate finalisation for pan INDIA warehous, Sales offices.
- Core team Member for Agreement and rate finalization for Primary and secondery transport.
- Core team Member for Agreement and rate finalization for SCRAP vendor.
Basic Education and Experience:
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Master in International trade
Competency and skill:
• Negotiating skills
• Communication skills
• Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PPT) • Liebherr ERP (Infor)
• SRM Tool.
• Able to work independently, as well as work in a team-orientated environment.
